Shipping FAQ

How long does it take to process my order?

1-2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

How will my item ship?

Depending on your location, you should receive your order within 5 to 9 business days. If you live close to one of our warehouses in Egypt, Cairo  you will likely get your order even sooner.

How your order is shipped is 100% based on our shipping rates with Aramex . It may ship Aramex Smart post, Aramex Ground/Home or any of a variety of Aramex methods. Our system will make the decision.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, we now offer Aramex Ground, and an Expedited Shipping method. Our Ground methods typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipments typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days.

I live in outside Cairo, what are my shipping options?

Outside egypt  have their own shipping rate that you will see during check out. No expedited shipping methods are available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Additional Shipping Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you check out as a guest, you will not receive this email.

Please make sure your order is correct before placing it. Absolutely no changes or cancellations can be made after your order is placed. If your order ships and you refuse it or need to return it, you will be subject to shipping and restock fees. Please see our return policy for more information.

Adding order notes to your order delays shipment. Delivery instructions (i.e. “Leave at back door”) will not be relayed to the carrier.

We do not ship internationally. Therefore, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies. Orders deemed to be shipped to a freight forwarder may be cancelled. Should an order be shipped to a freight forwarding address, we are not liable for any damages, or issues that may arise after the order has left our warehouse. We reserve the right to cancel any order that doesn’t follow our policy.

Returns

Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packing unopened. Items must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return labels are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please contact us for an RMA.

Note: should you ship an item to a freight forwarder, we will not warranty any products for damages.
